My Bed!
We have been dog sitting Onyx the last week. Bob and Eddie have decided that they want his special bed and blanket that he brings with him on his sleep-overs. Onyx is an older dog and does not jump well onto the bed anymore … so the poor guy has been banished to the floor! Well, at least till we kick the boys out of his bed. In truth Bob and Eddie would not mind sharing with him, but Onyx will have none of that!

Play Date!
Yesterday the boys had a play date with some friends, Piper and Pee-Wee. There is nothing quite like four pugs tearing around the house with lots of panting and snorting going on. And little pug trains of nose to butt was pretty amusing as well. Piper is the little black pug and the only female and the smallest of them all. But she sure can hold her own! She became very excited to find two nylon bones, wanted them both and nobody was going to take them away from her! Eddie finally met his match in little Pee-Wee.

Sleepy Boys
During our renovation to the office we decided to gut the closet and do a custom built-in with a doggy area on the bottom. We’re moving slow on the built-in, but in the meantime we decided to place a doggy bed inside to test the area out … and the boys LOVE IT! It’s the first place they usually go when entering the office now. They even stay there sleeping a lot of the time, when we leave the room. They really do enjoy being surrounded.

Buddies

When we decided to add Eddie to the family it was for two reasons. We loved having Bob and thought having another pug would that much more enjoyable. And by that point we had also figured out how much pugs shed … so what the heck, we already had hair everywhere so why not get another?! But we also thought that Bob would love to have a buddy to hang out with. And were we ever right! Bob and Eddie can always be found in two places… anywhere we are and by each others side.

Bob, the puppy years
Was digging through the picture archives and found a few Bob puppy pictures, enjoy.
This first pictures is from the first night or so after we brought Bob home. For as calm as he is now, he was one CRAZY puppy … but we loved him like CRAZY too!

This next one is Bob enjoying his time with Doggy (the cat), I still think he misses her.

These next two are of Bob after being home for a month or so, he was already started to calm down some.
